I specialise in RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) and am passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals regardless of their body size.

  • Tailored supplement recommendations and nutrition guidance to support you to conceive, and feel your best right throughout your journey.

  • PCOS, Endo, HA and perimenopause.

  • Supporting you to build a healthy feeding relationship with your child from the beginning, starting solids, fussy eating, constipation.

  • New diagnosis, support whilst undertaking FODMAP if required and ongoing management.

I am firmly anti-diet in all areas of my practice and am passionate about helping my clients to break the cycle of dieting. Instead, we focus on nourishing your body and understanding your lifestyle and goals to tailor specific recommendations for you.
